This menu gives you canapés and drinks to welcome your guests to the venue, followed by a buffet that includes two main courses, your preferred potato option and sides of fresh market vegetables or salads, as well as two homemade puddings that are served with cream. A good eight hours before service, we take along the equipment, as well as serving tables with tablecloths and all the crockery and disposable napkins, and we start cooking your meal several hours before.
