Good morning Hog Roast event catering fans and welcome to our first blog of 2011!
Christmas is over and we are well into January. After the numerous catering events over the festive season we were looking forward to a well deserved break this month but no such luck, January might be considered the quietest month of the year for many but for us and our customers there’s always a reason to throw a party and our weekends are filled up with fun catering events 🙂
Tomorrow night we are catering for an engagement party and will be feeding one hundred guests one of our tasty hog roast menus. There seems to have been lots of marriage proposals over Christmas and New Year so we are getting booked up with lots of engagement parties over the next couple of months and also lots of enquires about our wedding menus for this summer and summer 2012.
The office is busier then ever at the moment and we are getting lots and lots of enqurires coming in via telephone and email. Some from past customers and some from brand new customers who have heard about our wonderful hog roast catering services and are keen to try them for themselves.
So 2011 looks set to be yet another busy and sucessful year. Happy New Year Everyone
